Q: Can I pay for the Summer School with a purchase order from my institution?
A: Yes you can. We can issue an invoice which to your institution. To do so, please contact us directly using the contact form here. Please provide us with the name and address of your department and a purchase order number if applicable and we will issue an invoice. Registration can then be completed when we receive payment.
Q: I am a student at an HSIS institution. Does this mean I should choose Designated HSIS representative?
A: You must contact your DHO Consultative Committee representative for your institution to be designated as an HSIS delegate. The list of representatives can he found at http://dho.ie/committee.html.
There are a limited number of spaces available so please contact your representative as soon as possible and express your interest.
Q: I have completed the online registration form. I didn't receive an email. Am I in fact registered?
A: Registration is a two stage process depending on whether you are a sponsored attendee or a paying attendee. If you are sponsored by an HSIS institution (note the question above) you will receive a confirmation email shortly after you enter your contact information, choose your workshop strand and one day workshop. This email may take up to two days to arrive.
If you are a paying attendee, the registration process is not complete until you receive a confirmation of payment. After entering your contact information and making programme choices you will be directed to the payment site. Please complete this process. If successful you will receive an email confirming your payment and providing you with a receipt. Shortly therefater you will receive a separate email from us confirming your choices of programme for the summer school.
