Full Conference Fees

Full conference fees include: attendance at all three days of the conference; refreshments and lunches; attendance at the drinks reception on Monday 7 September; attendance at the conference dinner on Tuesday 8 September and all conference material.

En-suite Accommodation

Full conference fees with en-suite accommodation - three nights single en-suite accommodation, including cooked breakfast at Queen’s University Elms Village. Check in Sunday 6 September, check-out Wednesday 9 September 09.

DRHA Workshops

Full details of the available workshops are available on the Workshops page. Twelve participants in each workshop will be needed in order for these workshops to run. Workshop fees include participation in all sessions, tea/coffee and lunch breaks and conference material.

The deadline for signing up for these courses will be 31 July 2009.

DRHA2009 Refund Policy

This policy relates to all aspects of the registration fees above. Where a cancellation is made in writing or by email a refund or credit note will be issued as per the following:

Cancellation received by 1st August:     50% refund
Cancellation received after 1st August:     No refund
